Individuals live with a certified caregiver who helps with daily needs like personal care, meals, medication, transportation, and staying active in the community. This service is available to those with an IO Waiver, with care provided by certified family members or caregivers.

We help set individuals up for success by coordinating and purchasing essential household items, like furniture, utilities, and move-in needs, involving them every step of the way. We also handle the details, from staying within program timelines and budgets to tracking purchases and supporting housing setup, so the transition to independent living is smooth and stress-free.

We provide short-term care for individuals in community settings such as camps, recreation centers or organized community programs giving caregivers a chance to recharge.

We provide short-term care for individuals in a residential setting such as an ICF or the individual's own home giving caregivers a break or providing coverage in the event of an emergency.
