WHO WE ARE

Finding the best care for a loved one can be a stressful and heart wrenching journey. Having gone on such a journey, we have intimate knowledge regarding what it takes to create a positive and enriched environment for both caregivers and care receivers. Alexa's Way was created to improve the level of care and care management for the developmentally disabled community. Alexa's Way is a licensed waiver provider for individuals with development disabilities and each provider is thoroughly screened and selectively chosen. 

Dru is the founder and owner of Alexa's Way. Inspired by friend, Janet B., Alexa’s Way was created when Janet recognized the struggles with appropriate and consistent care as only the closest friend could. Janet’s suggestion of opening an agency at the time seemed quite overwhelming.  However, with one final push Alexa’s Way became a reality.

Dru is a certified Independent Provider, Family Advocate, and former paraprofessional, who is highly organized and passionate about providing excellent care.
