Independent Provider (IP) REquirements

We welcome Independent Providers to contract with our agency. You can use our online Brittco system for all your documentation and we will prepare and complete your billing.

Valid DODD Contract number

If you haven't acquired this yet, we can help you get started. Contact us for more information. 

CPR/First Aid Card

Must be an IN PERSON certification

Proof of 8 hour training

We may require additional training specific to Alexa's Way LLC

Valid Drivers License

High School Diploma or GED

New BCI Check

Medication Administration

Online Training Compliant with Ohio Department of Developmental Disability

If you become an employee of Alexa's Way we will cover applicable training costs, time and wages
